First Festive Footies takes great care to try to provide clothing you’ll love, with each item hand-inspected post-production.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you have 30 days from the date of purchase or one week prior to the holiday referenced on the sock, whichever comes first, to file a return request.* Please submit your request through our “Contact Us” form below and include: purchaser’s name, date of purchase, item to return (article of clothing, holiday & size), reason for return, and whether you would like to exchange for another item or be given store credit for the full cost of the item. We will pay for the return shipping.

*We understand that babies sometimes grow at surprising rates (either more or less than expected). Consequently, if you have purchased 6 or more holidays, and discover you need a different size, you have 12 business days prior to the holiday to request an exchange. We will pay for the shipping. Please submit your request through our “Contact Us” form below and include: purchaser’s name, date of purchase, item (article of clothing, holiday & size) to exchange and what new size is needed.
